Bamford Trading is an independent family owned retailer on-line since 2005 and specialising in quality hand and power tools, lighting, wiring accessories, hardware and old fashioned service. We keep our overheads low and buy in bulk so you can be sure our prices are competitive.

You can be sure your order is in experienced hands - our customers have trusted us with over £6,500,000 worth of orders and in 2015 we safely dispatched over 320,000 items and more than 153,000 orders. Since 2005 we have handled well over a half a million orders.

We are proud to announce that everyone who works for us is paid over the National Living Wage (NLW), and the company also contributes to the UK by paying VAT, Employers National Insurance and Corporation Tax (unlike, apparently, some larger businesses).

As a minimum we comply with all appropriate UK consumer protection legislation including the Sale of Goods Act, the Distance Selling Regulations and the Trade Descriptions Act.
