| Delivery surcharges will apply for items weighing over 5kg (5,000.00g) to the following postcodes: AB44, BT, HS, IM, IV, KA27 and KA28, KW, PA20 to PA49, PA60 to PA78, PA80 to PA88, PH17 to PH26 and PH36 to PH44 and PH49 to PH50, TR21 to TR25, ZE. Please contact us before buying if you require delivery to these areas. The item weight can be found in the individual listing. Have your order delivered to your local Post Office We can now offer the convenience of delivery to your local Post Office. We'll even give you a FREE tracking number and advise you when it has arrived. Simply leave a message with your PayPal payment confirming your preferred Post Office. Our dispatch email will confirm the address and we will advise your tracking number by email to your registered email address. We offer a number of delivery options during checkout and can also arrange Saturday deliveries for many items. | |

You can select the delivery service you require during checkout. If you require a tracked service please select Other 24 Hour Courier or Other Courier 3 Days. Orders are dispatched twice per day and we will send an email to your registered email address to confirm that your order is on its way. *UPS and Parcelforce orders (Other 24 hour Courier Option) will take priority and are normally sent the same day if the order is received by 3pm. Orders sent by standard 1st Class post cannot be tracked in the postal system. Bamford Trading shall not be liable for any financial or other loss caused by delayed delivery however caused. A re-delivery charge may be applied in the event that an order is undeliverable and is returned to us. Please ensure that your address and postcode are complete and correct at the time of ordering. Shortages We can only entertain claims of shortages if they are reported to us within 7 days of receipt. Please open your package as soon as you receive it. Delivery Notes To avoid waste we do not include a delivery note with your order. Your package can be identified by our fabulous Purple and White packing tape. Industrial Action We cannot accept responsibility for delayed deliveries during any Postal Workers Industrial Action. Customer unavailable to accept delivery Where a customer is unavailable to accept delivery and the order is too large for a standard letterbox it will be taken back to the courier/Royal Mail office to await collection. Orders are placed on the understanding that the buyer accepts responsibility for collecting the item from the delivery company office. | |

| You will be advised by email when your order has been dispatched and by which service. Parcelforce and UPS deliveries are normally delivered the next working day and will require an adult signature. Royal Mail Tracked orders are normally delivered in 2 to 3 working days. Royal Mail 1st Class post has a target delivery of 1 to 2 days but packets can often take longer. We cannot ask Royal Mail to investigate your missing parcel or make a claim for them until 15 working days have passed. | |

| Parcelforce, UPS or Royal Mail Tracked If your order was dispatched by Parcelforce, UPS or Royal Mail Tracked you can check on the delivery companies website using the tracking information provided below. This will help you to trace your order. We will help you to do this if you want. Royal Mail: http://www.royalmail.com Parcelforce: http://www.parcelforce.com UPS: http://www.ups.com 1st Class Post Most 1st Class packages that are too large to be posted through a normal letter box will be taken to your local delivery office (not the Post Office) to await collection. 'While you were out' cards are increasingly unavailable and those that are can be easily lost. If your order has not been received after 5 working days we recommend that you check with your local Royal Mail delivery office. The overwhelming majority of orders will be awaiting collection there. We suggest you take a form of identity with you. (Its also a very good idea to check with other family members, colleagues, behind bins, in outhouses etc.). Redelivery If you have received a 'while you were out' card you can ask Royal Mail to redeliver by calling 08457 740 740 or online at www.royalmail.com/redeliver Items are normally kept at the Royal Mail delivery office for three weeks before being returned to us (1 week for special delivery items). If items are returned to us a further delivery charge will be made before we can resend. Still can't locate it? If your order was dispatched by normal 1st Class mail and you cannot locate it at your local Royal Mail delivery office and 15 working days have passed please contact us. We will need you to confirm: 1. Your delivery address. 3. Confirmation that you have checked with your local Royal Mail delivery office. We will then contact you to arrange a solution. Genuinely missing parcels are rare and we always make a claim and formally report losses to Royal Mail who will contact you to confirm the details of the loss and its circumstances. We are sorry for this additional inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. For certain items or high value items for our security and yours we may ask you to report the loss via eBay. | |
