Q: What are your order cut off times?
A: We aim to dispatch all orders of stocked items which have completed checkout by 1pm, please note we offer over 20,000 products not all of which we have here in stock. Non stocked items are dispatched within 3 working days. We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.
Express (expedited) orders placed by 1pm on Monday to Thursday will be delivered on the next working day (Please note Next Day Delivery is not guaranteed although every effort is made there are occasions which are out of our control). Express (expedited) orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
Some outlying postcodes including Northern Scotland and the Scottish Islands may take an additional day.
Q: How much do you charge for delivery?
A: The price you see includes the cost of delivery and VAT
where applicable. We know delivery is an important part of our service and the team constantly reviews the order flow to ensure your orders are processed efficiently and quickly.
Many items are supplied on a next working day service basis and you can normally select next working day delivery on those which are sold with economy delivery as standard.
The item page will show the delivery information for that specific product. If you have special delivery needs please contact us to discuss and we will do all we can to help. We
take great care over stock management and so you can be confident if we say a product is available it will be.
Q: Can you text me when my order is due to be delivered?
A: FREE Text Alerts are given for most expedited/express orders - please make sure you give us your mobile number during checkout or via your PayPal payment. Sorry, we cannot text you regarding economy orders.
Q: Where can you deliver orders?
A: We can deliver to any UK Postcode. This includes England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales. We do not deliver to the Channel Islands. Please note that due to courier surcharges for heavier or valuable items there may be an additional delivery charge for
delivery addresses in Northern Ireland, Northern Scotland and offshore islands including the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and Hebrides.
Q: Are there any delivery surcharges for outlying postcodes?
A: Yes. Due to unavoidable courier surcharges we do make additional charges to the following regions: Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland.
We ask buyers to contact us for a quote before buying. If you do not contact us your order may be delivered using standard 1 to 3 day Royal Mail services.
Q: What is your delivery policy?
A: We dispatch orders on Monday to Friday using Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DHL, TNT and APC Overnight. We do not offer a Saturday delivery service.
Orders are dispatched every working day (Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays) and we will send an email to confirm that your order is on its way.
A VAT invoice/receipt will be emailed to you on dispatch.
Customer unavailable to accept delivery
Where a customer is unavailable to accept delivery it will be taken back to the Royal Mail delivery office or the
courier office to await collection/redelivery. Orders are accepted on the
understanding that the buyer accepts responsibility for re-arranging delivery/collecting the
item from the delivery company office. Redelivery can be easily arranged by phone/online and our dispatch email will explain how.
Q: When will my order arrive?
A: APC services are collected from us each
weekday evening. APC will email you to advise tracking details. Royal Mail orders are collected twice a day and are taken to a main sorting office.
Please note that our delivery times are estimates and whilst we aim to do everything possible to get your order to you on time our "next working day delivery" is a "best efforts" service and due to events
including, but not limited to, bad weather, errors and failures by couriers, stock errors, is not guaranteed. In addition we cannot accept claims for consequential loss or damage due to any delayed delivery for any reason.
You will be advised by email when your order has
been dispatched. Courier deliveries are
normally delivered the next working day and will require an adult
signature. Royal Mail orders are normally delivered in 1 to 3 working days after dispatch. You can rearrange delivery on-line quickly and easily Here
Q: What are your Business Hours?
A: Business Hours are 10.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays.
