Bamford Trading Monthly Prize Draw

By entering our monthly prize draw you will be agreeing to the terms and conditions below:
1. The Bamford Trading monthly draw is open to UK residents only and first time subscribers to the Bamford Trading mailing list.
2. Entry to the draw can be made on-line or by telephone.
3. The monthly prize draw will run by calendar month.
4. Entry for each monthly prize draw will end at midnight on the last day of each calendar month.
5. The draw will take place no longer than 5 working days after last entry date.
6. Winner(s) will be notified by email and/or post within 7 working days after last entry date and the prize dispatched immediately following contact with us by the winner to confirm delivery address.
7. The draw prize will be supplied to the winner as stated in the draw item description, however, we reserve the right to supply a substitute of equal value or higher.
8. The prize must be taken as stated and there is no cash alternative. The prize may not be exchanged for cash.
9. Delivery of the prize will be via our normal carriers or postal service.
10. Only persons who are at least 18 years old are eligible to enter the draw and we reserve the right to refuse any person who is unable to satisfactorily prove their age or for any other reason.
11. We reserve the right to withdraw the offer at any time and without prior notice and our decision shall be final.
12. The draw manager's decision is final.
13. No correspondence shall be entered into.
14. The Bamford Trading monthly draw is run on behalf of Bamford Trading (UK) Ltd, Unit 2, Windy Hollow, Upton Bishop, Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire, HR9 7TT, by our promoters: Mike Morgan Media, The Old Alley, Pontshill, Ross-on-Wye, Hereford, HR9 5SZ.
15. Employees and immediate family of Bamford Trading, Mike Morgan Media, Buy-Jeans, The School Uniform Shop, Wiggly Wigglers and any other marketing partners are not eligible to enter.
16. By entering our draw you agree to receive our weekly update emails which you can unsubscribe to at any time, immediately and without fuss.
17. Only persons who confirm subscription to the mailing list will be entered into the draw. Multiple subscriptions from the same household will not be entered into the draw.
18. By accepting the prize, the winner will agree to limited personal details being published. These will be limited to Title, (Mr. Mrs. etc) and initials plus general geographical location.
