We deliver to the UK and Northern Ireland Only

We are pleased to offer free delivery on everything we sell. Orders with a total weight over 5kg may be subject to surcharges to certain delivery addresses in the Highland and Islands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. If you require delivery to these areas please contact us for a quote before buying.

The delivery service will vary by product weight. Most orders will be dispatched the same day (Monday to Friday and if paid for by 2pm) by royal Mail 1st Class. Items over 2.5kg will be dispatched by Royal Mail Tracked which is a two to three working day service. Items over 5kg will be dispatched via Parcelforce 24. If you require a different service please contact us know before buying.

Returns

At Bamford Trading we want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered.

This applies to all of our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept returns where the item has been unsealed. Otherwise, we can accept returns of complete product, which is unused and in an "as new" condition together with any free gifts or similar.

We are happy to guide you through our Returns Policy and, where relevant, provide you with a Freepost return label.

Where an item includes Free Delivery a restocking fee of 20% of the item cost will be deducted from any refund for non faulty items.

To arrange a return, please contect us first with your comments and include your full name and email address. If you require a refund we will refund the full purchase costs including basic UK shipping (i.e. we will not refund enhanced shipping such as special delivery or insured charges) for faulty products and the purchase cost only for other items. Refunds will be made within 5 working days of receipt of product to the Paypal account or credit card account that you used to pay for the item. All new products are guaranteed for at least 12 months against faulty materials or workmanship.

Refunds will be made provided you return the item to us in an 'as sold' condition and in its original packaging with any free gifts or similar offers.
